DISPUTES

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to our site or to products or services sold or distributed by us in which the aggregate total claim for relief sought on behalf of one or more parties exceeds Rs 100 shall be adjudicated in any state court in Ranchi District, Jharkhand, and your consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

This Privacy Policy Statement sets forth the privacy policy pertaining to SalaamIndia.net (the “Site”). By using this Site, you are agreeing to the terms set forth in this Privacy Policy Statement.

Transactions of this Site are managed by computer equipment which we refer to as a “Web Server” or “Web Servers”. For each visitor to the Site, our Web Servers automatically recognize information regarding the visitor’s domain name (or that of the visitor’s access provider), their computer’s unique Internet Protocol Address (or “I.P. Address”) and e-mail address. Our Web Servers also have the ability to capture information on the visitor’s product selection, the time of their visit, as well as the type of web-browser and personal computer they employ while visiting our Site. Regardless of the purpose for which Personal Information is submitted, it is SalaamIndia.net’s policy to maintain all Personal Information as confidential, and to use such Personal Information for the following purposes:

All Personal Information is stored in a central database on our Web Servers, protected by a secure Firewall, and is changeable only by the visitor when they supply the requesting Web Server their proper e-mail address and password supplied earlier.
